This tour begins late, perhaps from 7 or 8pm, so it’s best to skip dinner (even lunch) because we will overfeed you with surprising tastes at places with friendly faces, often out of the touristy zones. We’ll let the cook and hawker tell you why they open at 1am and just who comes and patronize at those unearthly hours. We have a happy 24/7 economy because good food is available round the clock. There are some streets and areas that are midnight foodie zones and we’ll show and tell you where and why plus what they eat there. You know our country is very safe and to be able to go for a food spin when the moon is up, is frankly, very comforting and a big slice of our culinary culture.
